Nutro Dog Food For These Golden Retrievers

Two Golden Retrievers -- Lily and Sophie. Lily is 5, Sophie is 4. Lily and Sophie eat Nutro Natural Choice Lite. When they were puppies they ate Science Diet puppy food. We decided to use Nutro dog food because the dogs are fairly picky and it was the one lite dog food that we tried that they would both eat.

It was recommended that they eat Lite dog food because Golden Retrievers love to beg for human food and tend to gain weight easily.

The Nutro brand was suggested as one of the brands to try by our vet.

We purchase the dog food from Petsmart -- because it is close to our house and convenient, however whenever we go, there seems to be a long line of customers waiting to check out so we probably should drive somewhere else a little farther away for faster service.
